I am happy to inform you that Eaton Rapids, Michigan has proclaimed December 15 as Bill of Rights Day.
With the information JPFO provided I made the presentation to the City Council. The presentation was warmly received.
After the council meeting when the proclamation was read the mayor expressed a desire to do more. I do not anticipate anything this year but it is a step forward and next year will be better.
