We alerted you back in June about the BATFE raid on KT Ordnance, manufacturer of 80% frames (http://www.jpfo.org/alert20060608.htm). A subsequent update ( http://www.jpfo.org/alert20060712a.htm ) was sent out in July, in which owner Rick Celata announced that he would be going back into production. It should be noted that at no time have charges been filed against Celata or KT Ordnance.
