Justice is meant to be the result of balanced appraisal of all true facts in a case, with nothing being withheld that is relevant. When however "selective" evidence is presented by a prosecution, as well as slanted test data which is distorted and not made to any written rules, we have moved away from fair balance and into dark territory. David Olofson was the recipient of such treatment at his trial in January 2008 and was sentenced in May 2008 to 30 months incarceration, commencing early July 2008.
